The Night crew at this place was horrible. I was trying to ask questions about the meals because it was my first time there. I felt very rushed when trying to order like they did not care. When I got my bag, they forgot my drink and messed up my order.Then when I advised them about it, I felt like I was being interrogated. I Will never go back there again. If I could pick ZEROstars, I would.
I spent $40 on food, but the staff was only willing to provide four small sauces. I even spoke with the manager, Javier, but he didn't resolve the issue. The owner needs to find a way to better support the staff in serving customers, or this restaurant may not last much longer. It's disappointing!
Loved how the store was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive! I came here after my work and I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and a sweet iced tea. Chicken was fresh and crispy, loved how the iced tea was not too sweet too. I will becoming back!
It seems like this happens at nearly every fast food restaurant. Why ask for sauce at the drive-thru speaker if it's always forgotten in the bag? It's quite frustrating! Réservez une table maintenant
