Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was hungry and decided to visit the nearest Popeyes location without knowing what to expect. When we arrived, we planned to use the drive-thru but it was out of order. Unfortunately, the sign indicating this was not visible from the car, so we had to go inside. We requested Mac n cheese but were informed that they were out, except for two servings as shown in the picture. We ended up ordering a chicken sandwich, which turned out to be cold. Upon opening the bag, I found it filled with sauce, making it difficult to even access the sandwich without getting messy. This place was cool but the staff is unfortunately poorly understaffed. No fault to them for the service. The service was good it was just unfortunately very very slow, waited over 40 minutes for 5 spicy chicken sandwiches. Management needs to do better to hire more workers. The workers deserve better.Parking: Limited spots but at least always a couple open.

I had a tough experience at a restaurant today. The papaya dish I tried was too sour, and the sweet tea was also disappointing. To make matters worse, the restroom was out of order. It's frustrating when you have high expectations for a restaurant and they fall short. Hopefully, they can improve their dishes and facilities in the future.

I am always disappointed when I place a mobile order at this restaurant because my order is never ready on time, they often do not have the food I want prepared, and they cannot seem to distinguish between spicy and original. It is a shame because I am a huge fan of Popeyes and wish this location had better service. Réservez une table maintenant

Service is so slow! Took 30 min just to order and receive my food in the drive thru and there was no cars in front of me. Idk if they went to kill the chicken them selves or what but 30 min is a record in a drive thru.
