As a longtime resident of this community for over ten years, I stopped patronizing this restaurant two years ago. Tonight, I decided to give it another try, hoping for improvements. Unfortunately, the staff did not take my order within the first five minutes of my arrival, even though I was next in line. There was no communication or acknowledgment during that time. Although it was still two hours before closing, they only started cooking the spicy chicken after I placed my order, which added an additional 15 minutes to the wait. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
This restaurant is very inexpensive, but my experience was disappointing. The staff member pretended to apply my $2 discount coupon, and when I inquired about it, she confirmed she had. However, when I later checked my debit account online, I discovered that I had been charged the full price. The customer service was lacking, especially considering it was around 9 PM. It seems that while these fast food places offer coupons, they don't genuinely want to honor the discounts. I wouldn't recommend this location; they seem to be dishonest.
Having visited this location multiple times over the years, I've noticed a steady decline in service with each visit. One of the staff members who answered the phone didn’t pay attention to my question and kept reciting information about items we didn't even order. The manager, Jibin, who was mentioned during the call, was completely unhelpful. Overall, it was a hugely disappointing experience marked by terrible service!
I absolutely love this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. They even gave the kids stickers and a complimentary apple pie, which was a sweet touch. The food was fantastic—served hot, and the chicken was delightfully juicy on the inside. The kids enjoyed the fries and chicken immensely. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location. It seems like no one knows how to effectively manage the restaurant. It's not difficult to handle orders, especially during dinner time, yet every time I come, there's a long wait. I won't be returning here; there's always a line, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff also don't apologize for the delays.
I recently ordered a family meal with 10 pieces of chicken, but when I got home, I found there were only 9 pieces in the box. Please make sure to do your job correctly next time. With prices rising for everything these days, the least you can do is ensure that we get what we paid for.
