I have no idea how much FELICIA, the customer service manager, is paid but it's not enough. She is great and you can tell she enjoys her job. I don't normally eat fast food but I love great service so I'm definitely coming back. BRIAN is great too, he made sure I didn't forget my BBQ sauce. If anyone from management is reading this give these people raises (or I might offer them a job at my company) and congratulationson putting g together an excellent team.
I originally intended to go to KFC in Norwalk, but after seeing the surprisingly negative customer reviews, I decided to try Popeyes, which is just down the street (it was my first time there). It ended up being a wonderful experience! The chicken was crispy, tender, juicy, and full of flavor (I didn't pay much attention to the sides). The staff was friendly and professional, and the restaurant was bright and clean. I definitely recommend it!

The spicy chicken here is amazing—far better than what you'll find at other fried chicken chains. Although this location doesn't offer anything particularly unique, you can enjoy discounts by ordering through the app.

Great new location (at the former BK) with courteous staff and great flavor and food temp. No long wait. Tried the flounder today. Loved the size and spicy taste.
Food was great, beautifully designed interior and exterior at this New Location. Staff were prompt, friendly and our order was done quickly.
