Earlier in the week, I was prepared for the usual slow service and long wait times for my order, only to be pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service at this restaurant. My meal was prepared correctly and served hot, and I appreciated the staff's efficiency. I called later to express my satisfaction and was rewarded with a free meal voucher for my next visit. I am grateful for the improvements made by the management and staff and will definitely be coming back more often. Thank you for the great experience.
Waited in line at the West Chicago location behind 2 other people for about 15 minutes. Normally I wouldn't wait but I know there is staff shortage everywhere. Never saw the guy in front t of me order but he pulled forward. I get to the box, nobody. Waited about 4 min pulled forward to the window. A girl with a head set walked by looked right at me. I asked (through the window) are you open and she kept walking out of view. Looked inside, no chicken. At least put a sign up. What a waste of time and so rude!
Ordered 5 peice tender meal was asked spicy or regular. Said regular please to which they responded oh that will be a 15 minute wait It doesn't take 15 mins to fry chicken tenders...then asked for a large diet and was handed a small. These are the people demanding 15+ an hour, and can't even do their job correctly. Horrible service!
Since the dining area was closed, I had to use the drive-thru to order. I decided to try the new chicken bites, so I had to wait in my car while they were cooked. The wait was definitely worth it because it was the best fast food I've ever had! All the praise from others who have tried it is true.

I went to the restaurant on a snowy evening and they were quite busy. Every time I asked for the Mardi Gras dipping sauce, they gave me honey mustard instead. I'm not sure if it was removed from the menu or what, but they could at least inform me if they don't have it.
This place is absolutely horrible! My entire order was messed up and I told them before they boxed it all up as I ordered in the restaurant, and they didn't make my order properly. Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered and I am an easy going person.
Wow, something truly amazing happened at this restaurant. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my food and drink after ordering and paying - in under 5 minutes! I was completely blown away by the efficiency and speed of service.
Popeyes is a disappointing chain overall. I found it ironic that they didn't have sweet tea, a staple of Louisiana cuisine. Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called.

I'm crazy because they're not in the sauces. I buy extra bbq because it is my favorite and they still forget it. it happened four times.
I order popcorn shrimp. All I got was old piece of breading. Tasted horrible all chewy. Try to call the store like 5 times but no luck
