I wanted to tell your company about a scam being ran at the Store# 2829 at 2612 Annapolis Road in Severn, MD 21114. Today at 12:17 pm I went to that location to get a 5pc combo with a mango lemonade at the drive thru. When I went to drive thru window there was a male that took my debit card card for payment. He was taking really long giving my credit card back and I couldn’t see what he was doing because how the window is the register where they do transactions was off to the side. Through the window, I could see a young woman on her phone and it looked like she was taking pics of the back and front of something and writing something in her phone. I ordered online. Arrived 35 minutes later and they hadn’t even prepared my food. Then they told me that they no longer had any spicy wings because it was almost closing. They weren’t closing for another hour and 10 minutes! This location is always awful. I’ll drive out of my way to go to another location before I drive 5 minutes to this Popeyes ever again!

Ordered 3 different wing flavors. They were all amazing. The coating could have been a little better on the honey BBQ wings however still delicious. The staff looked really nice in their bright orange t-shirts. Cleanliness of the floor could be better so that when you are looking through the drive thru window you don't see random things on the floor.

I did two online pick order, they didn’t have the food and told me to get my refund online. I was messing with someone and they were online willing to give me half of my money, so they are robbing people of their money. Réservez une table maintenant

It's almost like they don't like people.And why do they not tell you before they take your money that it would be 10 minute wait for the order? Service here is horrible.

Ask for mashed potatoes got red beans and rice. Read honey “sauce” packet. Has corn syrup,high fructose corn syrup and added sugar.
