Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeyes location is terrible! The line is always long, they sometimes close the dining area to avoid the crowds, and the food is often incorrect. On a previous visit, they even ran out of ice. When I returned months later for a chicken sandwich and Cajun rice, I had to wait 40 minutes. This restaurant is in desperate need of new management!

I love Popeyes, but this location was my worst experience. Came through the drive thru, sweat heat sauce was partially opened, didn't get a straw for my drink, not even a bag for my food. The chicken was dry and hard to chew. Never coming to this location again.

As with many businesses, restaurants are struggling to keep up with their products and meet customer demand. This is not the fault of the employees or companies, but simply a result of the logistical challenges we are facing due to the pandemic.

We came here to get us two spicy chicken sandwiches/combo. When we got our chicken sandwiches, the sandwich and fries was cold, the bread was hard, and the drink was flat. I highly endorse that you guys do better.

Drive through line is ridiculous..I understand it?s a pandemic but why the lobby not open..It?s was always some BS at that location..
