I had the worst experience at Popeyes! I placed an online order for pickup at 2:45, but when I arrived 35 minutes early, there were only 2 people in line and 1 person in the pickup area. Despite being next in line, the server ignored me to help other customers first. When I finally got his attention and told him I was here to pick up an online order, he couldn't find it. After looking through a stack of papers, he located my order, which was 8 minutes past its pickup time. I ended up waiting an additional 12 minutes for my food. This is probably the cleanest Popeyes I have ever visited, and one of the cleanest fast food establishments I have been to. It may have been because we arrived early for dinner after their afternoon cleaning, but there was no grease on the tables or floors, and the bathrooms were very clean. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent. The deals were not that great, but I have never found good deals at Popeyes. However, they did offer us more than what we ordered. No problems with the food, but every time I've come here I've had an unpleasant experience with the staff. The first time I went in the store the employees were nodding their heads towards me while laughing and whispering to each other, as if they were making fun of me. The second time I went the man giving me my food at the window wouldn't stop calling me baby or babe. The third and last time I went there the guy at the window have me a creepy smile and just said, Oh you're *good* And he was not talking about anything related to the order. I was craving some chicken tenders and decided to go to Popeye's. I could not have been more disappointed. The chicken was inedible. It had the consistency of old rubber. The mashed potatoes were really good, but they forgot to give me sauce and a straw. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with their food, plus their staff is rude when you give them your grievance. I will not be going back.

This store is really awful. My order was incorrect, the food was lukewarm, my sides were only half full (the mac cheese was less than half full literally 2 tablespoons for $3.79, see photo), and the employees are rude. Popeyes in general has been going downhill for a while now, but this location is particularly bad.

Super oily but what do you expect from a fried chicken place. Overall pretty decent for fast fried chicken and fries. Only thing was about how we felt a little rushed on the order and the lack of desert items. I mean apple pie was good, but I need some variety you feel?

We had dinner here and the location was fairly empty with only one other table. It was around 6:30. Food was good and as expected for Popeyes and there were two staff helping to fill the order. The man was kind and attentive while the woman was apathetic and rude. Réservez une table maintenant

The chicken wing was visibly undercooked, with a bone sticking out of it. I immediately asked for it to be removed and thrown in the trash as soon as it was brought to the table.
