The service at this restaurant is excellent, with friendly staff who ensure your order is exactly as requested and serve warm food just as it should be. Despite living close to another highly-rated restaurant in Addison, I plan to make this place my go-to spot. However, it seems that someone from the company needs to step in and either get this location in line or consider closing it down.

I am a big fan of Popeyes food, but I have to say that the service at most of their locations is not great. However, the Popeyes restaurant in Bensenville, Illinois is the best service I have ever experienced at a Popeyes location.

This location is close to the airport. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. The restroom wasn't spotless, but not bad. Typical for many public toilets in and near the city. The food was good, right and served quickly.

You have to wait FOREVER for food even placing a pick up order the food wasn't even ready and I had to park and wait. Ordered at 1:13pm on the app and it's how 2:02pm and I'm still sitting here waiting
The food is good, although it is important to double check that everything you ordered is present, especially if you ordered a lot.
