The staff at this restaurant were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. My food had a roach in it, some items were missing from my order, and when I tried to pick up my order, they claimed it wasn't ready even though they had already prepared it. When I checked, the food was cold. Despite all this, they wouldn't allow me inside to retrieve my order. The service was for dine-in, but I was left extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
This is the best popeyes I've been to in a while! They weren't out of anything, their service was quick and friendly, and the place was clean. The manager that was training today, 9/28, definitely runs a tight ship and the food reflected that. I live across the street from the Landover Popeyes and I'd drive all the way here to get food before I ever go back to that one! Service: Take out
Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! These young kids no nothing about cleaning and service. My piece chicken was cold, like it had just been sitting out!. I had the best experience at Popeyes! I even received an extra piece of chicken. The restaurant was clean and spacious, with good service. The floors were so clean that you could even moonwalk on them after they mopped.
The food at Royal Farms is much more delicious. The service is for take-out only and the meal type is dinner. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1.
