I ordered through Uber Eats, three meals, and when my food arrived we only received one sandwich, everything else was missing. I called and they offered to replace the whole order because they forgot to bag everything else for the driver. I was upset I paid for delivery and wasn't reimbursed for it. But I accepted getting dinner there another day.I went in 2 nights later and the origional manager that said he would replace my order, wasn't there. Another manager that was there didn't believe that my WHOLE order needed replaced and gave me push back about getting my food. She finally let me order ans replace my missing food but asked if I could pull forward away from the drive thru window and...

I've never have had a problem at any Popeyes. Today was the first time. My order was completely wrong. Food was cold. They forgot my pies. Was home already and due to the rain the decided not to go back. Don't know when I'll be back here again, at this one.

now popeyes was one of my favorite food sites. that was very tasty. well go and we enjoyed every last piece of them. mmmm. service was good and the staff was so nice, polite and personal.
