I tried calling, but the voicemail was full. Frustrated, I decided to return to the restaurant. I spoke with Cameron, who was very pleasant, but he didn't have a good solution to the issue; it turned out the girl hadn’t added the potatoes to my order. I decided to pay for what I was missing, as I don't take free items, but it annoys me that people are not held accountable for their mistakes. In the end, I chose to go back to the Kingwood location because they generally take better care of their customers.

This location provided the best service I've ever experienced at a Popeyes. I anticipated a long wait and average food, but instead, I enjoyed a short wait and incredible meals! Everything was cooked to perfection, very fresh, and the staff was extremely friendly. Thank you all for your hard work; sometimes something as simple as fried chicken can truly brighten someone's day!

these workers were so nice! the person who commanded the one that I spoke to in the window, and then the one that brought out our food. very good customer service! and my order was somehow complicated abd it was all right
