UPDATE from my initial 5 star review 9 months ago As someone else mentioned, quality has dropped substantially. On 3 occasions, the piece of chicken in the fried chicken sandwich was RAW. Called and mentioned to the Manager, only to drive up andget a replacement which was also RAW. How does this place pass inspections? Also saw one of the employees taking a baby car seatinto the kitchen, with the baby inside it. This HAS to be a violation. With the new management team I guess decent food service went out with new regime. To save profit days old chicken us present med as new. And the cross contamination of fish and chicken used in the sane or is disgusting and dangerous. Beware of eatinghere if you have seafood allergies or any self worth.
This is by far the best Popeyes branch ! The whole crew is so friendly, the restaurant is spotless and the food is fresh and delicious ! Tanzana the cashier was so friendly , professional and extremely courteous. We barely waited and the food was ready, hot and fresh. Would never go to any other branch

The lobby is closed, and the staff is unwilling to take orders at the drive-thru. Although it states that it opens at 10:30 a.m., the employees refuse to start working until 11:15 a.m.
The tenders were awful and lacked the flavor I expected. The food was inedible, and the macaroni and cheese was cold and rubbery. I wouldn't even offer this to a stray animal.
I've been to this restaurant 12 times, and every visit they had no seafood available. Why not remove it from the menu? I always assumed all Popeyes locations served seafood.
I keep going back to give them another chance. Always out of key items as well as food quality dropped dramatically since they first opened.

Everything was delicious! The nuggets were fresh and hot, as were the mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, and the cinnamon apple pies!
