finally a steakhouse with a clever steak selection. there are also rumpsteaks, hipsteaks and filetsteaks like in almost any other steakhouse in the opposite, but there are also fancy beef cuts like the Tomahawk-Steak, Porterhouse/T-Bone or flatiron and chuckeye as you can only find them in good steak houses in the usa. at my last visit at the porterhouse in radolfzell in Germany I decided to have a flatiron steak with bratkartoffeln and speckbohnen. I have to say the meat was excellent, really delicious, cooked on the point medium. I also liked the supplements. the ambiente in the porterhouse was very cozy, the rustic facility has come a bit into the years, but you feel right well. my beer w...
