I come here at least twice a week and have loved everything I have EVER ordered! However being a manager of a breakfast restaurant, I will say the service and the way they handle customer complaints thru the owner is not professional whatsoever. I really debated writing this considering I enjoy the coffee and food so much, but since the owners refuse to get back with me I’ll just share my experience instead! BY ALL MEANS DO NOT SPILL YOUR COFFEE. They will outright refuse to remake it unless you pay $4-6 for whatever drink you ordered. Even if you just left and spilt it on accident, they still don’t care. I thought maybe I could speak with the owner inside (since I’ve met her and she seems nice) and get help. I spoke with someone named Olivia and she just repeated herself on their policy which was absolutely frustrating because she showed no compassion at all! I know this all sounds like first world problems, but how do they expect to gain good rapport with locals if this is how they’re treated?? I’m just baffled and don’t appreciate how the situation was handled especially on the owners part. I see you posting on your social media, but you can’t answer my email? Hopefully you’ll see this review then instead! Please do better as a small business if you want people to stick around. But based on some reviews and how they’re answered I don’t think you do care.
