I didn't realize that they had opened early for the holidays when I was waiting in the parking lot at 10:00. Nevertheless, I decided to go in and grab some snacks. I was warmly greeted by about half a dozen staff members who wished me a merry holiday, and I couldn't wait to place my order. I needed to complete a carryout order to take down to my dad in Kentucky, so I required something quick and easy to transport. They offered me a beef kit and asked if I wanted bread to go with it. I've consistently had excellent service and delicious food at this location. I've been coming here for years, and I can't recall a single instance where my order was incorrect. The staff is always friendly, and I leave feeling happy after each visit.

The chocolate cake shake is definitely worth the trip from Kansas City, MO! I wanted to try the famous Paradise Cup at Triple D's, but it was closed on Sunday. No worries though, Portillo's delivered!

The food was delicious and the employees were very nice. The decor along with the pictures and music gave it a going back in time feeling .. I loved it! Would definitely recommend people eat here! Réservez une table maintenant
