These people NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, even when the restaurant is EMPTY has NO PEOPLE INSIDE. I have called several times on off-peak hours and NO ONE ANSWERS. I then have to drive down to place my order IN PERSON. This is ridiculous. I have supported this restaurant regularly by dining in. But when I want to order for pick-up this business is simply unreliable. This is a restaurant that claims to offer pick-ups, however they don't attend calls, what kind of business are they running???? Don't waste your time calling if you live nearby and want to pick-up. Choose ANOTHER RESTAURANT!
Super disappointed with Porto’s. For the price, I personally don’t think it’s worth it. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was smothered in hot honey. To the point where the pizza was super soggy and the cheese fell every where. Had to eat all the ingredients separately. Also, we ordered a salad and clam dish which took around 25 mins to come out and the pizza literally took an hour to come out. Overall just super disappointed. Maybe it was a bad day? I’m not sure but I don’t think I’ll be back.
Service was extremely slow and unorganized. The table next to us got their dinner even though they were sat after us. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our entrees and then continued to wait for a to go box (that’s right you pack it yourself here) and the check. All in all we were there over 2 hours for a dinner that should have taken half that time.
The weight staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. The pasta carbonara was rich and delicious. The tiramisu was one of the best I’ve had. The upstairs speakeasy looks really nice and we will try it next time.

Delicious Neapolitan pizza at this restaurant. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the waitstaff are very attentive. Overall, it seems to be a well-managed establishment and a wonderful spot to take someone special!
We visited the restaurant for Mother's Day and returned for Father's Day. The food was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They created a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
We’ve been to Porto many times and it is consistently excellent. Pizza is perfect ! Salads are delicious. Love the vibe and staff is unusually friendly . Five stars and then some!
