This is a must if visiting CA. This bakery is well organized and taught full layout. Once you enter, the take out counter is on the left. Which you will be greeted by wide selection of cakes and pastries. The coffee bar is on the right. Then when you go straight it is where the dine-in is. I got the full experience during my visit.I ate breakfast then grab my fresh pressed coffee in the coffee bar. I suggest trying the house blend cold brew on a hot day. Then before leaving, grab some boxes of pastries. Decor is very modern and the bathroom is very clean.

Porto’s is by far the best bakery I have ever tried in Cali!!! My fave baked item was the cheese roll. At first, I thought it sounded weird but when I tried it.. mind blown. It was so good!!!!! I don’t live in Cali but when I come back, I’m going to buy so many cheese rolls lol. I also tried the chocolate croissant which was amazing as well!!! Pictured is the strawberry tart! The bakery was very busy but the wait isn’t too long as there are many workers and they are quite organized. Highly recommend trying this place out. Absolutely delicious.

I absolutely love this place! We always get our cakes from Porto’s, and their pastries are incredible. We visited today to pick up a cake and also grabbed some pastries to take home. However, my only complaint is that this time they packed my pastries in a box, and by the time we got home, they had become all messy. They really need to find a better way to package pastries for takeout.

I ordered the Spinach Empanadas, Potato Balls, a Caesar Salad, Cuban Black Beans with a Sourdough olive oil baguette, Strawberry Matcha tea, and Tropical Lemonade. I even took a few rings home for my family! The place is always busy, but the wait time is reasonable. They keep it clean, and there are plenty of options for dining, whether indoors or outside. We ordered the Cuban sandwich, the feta sandwich and two potato balls and one sweet corn cirque. We weren’t expecting meat in the ball but it was still delicious even with the unexpected surprise. The plantain chips were fresh and had a good mouth feel. My only complaint is that we wished there was more tomato in the feta sandwich.

If you are trying first-time, I found it very helpful to walk the different sections and take pictures of what you would like to try. But know that the food can be very rich and very good. For example, the potato meat balls I recommend only 2 if you are having a dessert. It can be pricey but worth it for Cubano bakery ?

This restaurant is one of the best bakeries in Los Angeles. It's always bustling and the offerings are always fresh. The breakfast is delicious and flavorful, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Though we haven't tried the cakes yet, almost everything else on the menu has been fantastic. I highly recommend it!

It's one of the best (and budget friendly) bakeries in Greater Los Angeles area. The first time I visited I could not believe that I am reading the prices right. The quality for the price is too good to be true. They got everything from pastries to coffee to sandwich to smoothies. Réservez une table maintenant

A must visit location when visiting Los Angeles County.PROS: Most desserts are amazingly delicious. The meat pies are a family favorite.CONS: Prices are way above the norm. Line is ALWAYS an issue!! Customer service is mediocre at best.
