absolutely fantastic south-western fine kitchen. because of the pandemic in the last two years my wife and I have not divorced until recently. posada was always a restaurant of choice for us because of their phenomenal eating and service. now, we went to lunch on Mother's Day and were so impressed by the appetizer and escape that we chose because of their presentation, creativity and delicious aromen. and our server, ody was excellent with his professional and friendly demeanor. and the owners, eduardo blanca and her son, alexsis are always happy and gracious to see them. we really consider them as sincere friends. as an appetizer we ordered the guacamole blackened shrimp on recommendation of our server. for entrees we ordered king ranch enchiladas, blacken shrimp tostadas, Mahi-Mahi tacos. each of their presentations on the tellers were so professionally orchestrated that their mouth only watered to look at them and they did not disappoint when their taste buds made contact due to their phenomenal fresh and complexity in aromen. my escape was the king ranch enchiladas and on the first bit was my reaction wows and several wows followed after further bites. my wife and my son had the same deals with their escapes. we are also very impressed by all the work creativity that eduardo blanca has placed in the ambiente of its restaurants and the cleanliness that they care about. as another review is known, this is a gem of a restaurant in the TrI-Valley. we are very happy to go back to posada and enjoy another delicious meal. a warm thanks to the family posada.
