Poseidon - Réservation de table

My usual Greek restaurant in Ismaning was closed, so I looked for the anoother and my GPS took me to Poseidon in Garching. Struggled with parking, it was about 19.00 and the main street was busy. Found the personnel courteous but a bit pushy. Good...Greek salad with superb red onions which were actually quite sweet and easy to digest. Double portion of Ndolmades with avgolemono sauce. Vines leaves filling was good (rice meat). 2,5 dl retsina and a glass of still water. Price 26,50€ reasonable. Of course usual glass of Ouzo was on the house, as well as a small dessert which I politely refused. Gave the waiter 30€ and he just kept it, making no effort to give me some change which I would most...

After the first night I’d have said good. But at the second one I wasn’t as satisfied as the first one. The first time I had the vegetable entree and the a lamb skewer. Both good and served in generous portions. Then i went the...second time (in a week) and i had the calamari salad and it was nice, but then I got a gyros that was absolutely burnt. That’s a real pity, because the place is nice and the service very nice and competent. But I might come back in future.

It was my first dinner in Garching. We’ve been looking for some good restaurant and found this one. It was unusual firstly: Greek restaurant in Germany, but then we liked maybe even more than typisch Munich restaurants. The salad was great, as must be most...fish and seafood dishes here, especially comparing to German rivals. But my meat consisted of 4 types of meat was not the best. Nevertheless, despite the beef one, dinner was superb due to friendly waiters.

we usually go to garching in an Italian restaurant, but as soon as we parked near the Greek park, everything looked so beautiful and smells so good, so we wanted to try. we sat in the garden and got drinks at the front, then we ordered ours. eating was good, drinks okay, service also good, even a bit slow. we also have a dessert free, and decided that we will return some time later to try more of the menu. During last winter I was several times at Poseidon restaurant to have a lunch/dinner. The food is soo DELICIOUS! The personal is very lovely and quickly! When you come, they offer you with OUZO I will come back for sure

the food quality was great, we ordered a mixed seafood plate that had only a few bites on it. it wasn't even enough for me not to talk about my hungry man. but friendly staff and again good food.

Très bonne nourriture, presque toujours pleine! Le personnel est très sympathique et ils sont toujours superbes avec une bonne poignée de main quand vous venez! Vous obtenez des ouzo gratuits ..

I had number 79 and that was delicious. Quick service and the house treated me on schnapps and a small desert to the espresso. Decoration was rather grotesque but everything else perfect! Réservez une table maintenant

All is fantastic except my steak...it was not cooked....we were 20 persons but I was the only one with bad luck so I give it 4 stars
