my wife and I have visited this wonderful restaurant in the last 20 years often. we were never disappointed and can recommend poseidon to everyone. they enter the restaurant to be expected from an ambiente that is expected in Greek restaurants. outside Greece. we actually go there to eat the food to not criticize or get mistakes in the interior decoration, or sit there where the thing is that we sit in south Bavarian and not on a Greek island. often as not the chef himself greets them with a warm, friendly smile. no fast eating here. they have more than enough time to choose from the excellent selection of Greek specialties, and in the 20 years we have there the menu card itself is always cl...
we are very happy to have in sunthofen 3 Greek restaurants. everyone has his own fascination. Posidon is probably the first established. many years ago, when the current owners took over the spatialities, it was recently very extensively renovated; expensive wood paneling of. the best quality. this basic ambiente was preserved in the course of the years and slowly but surely developed into a real Greek feeling. everything is cozy and comfortable. poseidon is always full of what is of course a good sign, but then again they have to book! welcome is the feeling that they get at the arrival. service is immediately, friendly and efficient. the menu is just right, not too much, not too little. ea...
This week we visited the restaurant Poseidon in Sonthofen and what a nice dinner we had! The charming lady-owner served us personally and helped us out by making the choices of the excellent filled card: 1 plate cold entry, 1plat warm and tomato soup as...a starter. Then a superb grilled liver with giros and Zaziki! We definitively come back!
