i’m sorry i don’t usually bother to leave 1 star reviews but for this Potbelly, I had to. My brother who visited town was craving Potbelly, but after checking the hours, they decided to close even when the hours clearly said they were open (around 7pm or so). Also, I swear, EVERYtime, the staff always got something up with them. They always make me feel incredibly unwelcome while serving me and for the customers to GTFO of the restaurant ASAP. The guy workers are always so professional and polite, but the girls always feel the need to spread their unhappiness and negativity unto to me for the time i’m ordering my food. I visited Pot today and purchased a sandwich. Upon opening my sandwich, I discovered a large hair inside. It was very disappointing to pay for a meal only to find someone else's hair in it. I called the establishment and asked to speak to a manager. A different employee answered, but he was not the manager and seemed unconcerned about the situation. He claimed that none of the employees had long hair so it couldn't have been one of them. The rude employee eventually hung up on me. I tried once more to speak to a manager, but encountered the same unhelpful attitude. This location has terrible customer service and has lost the business of my friends and family. I was really looking forward to trying Potbelly after being in America for some time. Everyone at my job raved about the sandwiches at Potbelly, so I decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The sandwich I ordered, the Wreck, had very small meat slices, hardly any cheese, and no salad. For the price of $12, I expected a footlong sandwich filled with ingredients, but that was not the case. I was very unsatisfied. In my opinion, Subway is the top fast food sandwich shop because they offer a wide variety of ingredients and well-seasoned sandwiches (and no, I do not work for Subway, so this is an unbiased opinion). However, I did enjoy Potbelly's shakes. They were delicious.
This location had very poor service. I was unable to order my sandwich without any qualms with the workers. They were very rude and misunderstanding. The woman at the toppings bar had an attitude for no reason. She rolled and shook her head at me and my sister when we told her what toppings we wanted. She had also closed the store early. And one last thing, we had seen her clearly speaking of us to her coworkers and a customer while rolling her eyes again and gave us multiple dirty looks while we were chowing down. The sandwhiches, if I can call them that, were also poorly made with old ingredients.

Two weeks ago, this was the place I decided to eat out (other than work) for the first time since March 2020 and it couldn't have gone better. The Farmhouse salad was massive and tasty (as usual), the IBC root beer was well IBC root beer, and I was able to find a corner in the storefront so that any nerves about social distancing were nonexistent. One of the better-run Potbelly stores in terms of counter customer service as well.
Food is good but I was very disappointed yesterday. I placed my order ahead of time so that by the time I got home from work my food would be close to arriving. The time for my order to be delivered came around and nothing , an hour later and nothing. Called and was told door dash never picked it up ALTHOUGH I didn’t even order from door dash … so not sure how that works ?
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! The employees are rude and unhelpful. They shouldn't act all high and mighty when they receive the same treatment in return.
it is two on the afternoon and they are made of suppe and ingredients. how? the manager has to manage.
