Given the bad reviews, I knew they'd mess up my order and make it lazily..but I ordered anyway because my usual Orland location was a bit further that day. I added additional and extra ingredients but most were not on there. The rest they tossed in little containers..the bread wasn't toasted properly and the chicken was rubbery.I got the Mediterranean and redeemed my points for it, only to be disappointed. That tells you I go to Potbelly a lot since I always accumulate points..but I am never coming back to this location run by careless teenagers. I would love a free sandwich to make up for this one because this one was embarrassingly unappetizing. This happened the night of 8/9/23
Me and my boyfriend came in around 10:45 today, 4/24. I ordered my salad without bleu cheese. When checking out, I saw the salad had bleu cheese on it and said “I’m sorry, I ordered that without the cheese”. The girl who made my salad got an attitude, and said “you should have ordered it like that then, you never said no bleu cheese”. Maybe she didn’t hear that part, but the attitude was uncalled for. The cashier was very nice, but the girl making our food had a terrible attitude for seemingly no reason, we were the only 2 people in the store. Good customer service patience goes a long way I will not be coming back. 2 stars only for the cashier.
Wow it has gone downhill whilst the prices went uphill. Almost 40 bucks for dry bread sandwiches. The kid at the register swapped out my cookies for fresh ones unfortunately when we opened them they were so hard! Sandwiches were all bread dry and they used to have the nicest thin cut veggies, nope now they are chunky. Chips were stale. Store was empty and will probably be out of business soon. It’s a sad state for these places after Covid they all cut down menus and quality sux and prices have more than doubled…….
My son in law called to place an order for a party and the first time he was hung up on then called a second time only to have another girl answer, have an attitude and proceed to tell him they don’t do orders! So he went there to talk to the store manager where the same young lady wouldn’t give him the store managers name, maybe this store needs to do better at hiring workers and stop hiring children who know nothing and want to be paid to do nothing! Came in around 1:30 as I awaiting a dental office next door. Wanted to order through the app cause I wanted to start the rewards program. There was this woman who was sweeping and was very willing to converse. Told me about the app and rewards and stuff even though I knew of it but it’s very nice when you have somebody willing to even care to mention it. Ordered the pizza melt. Tasted really good imo.would recommend this one in particular
This place has really gone down hill. It literally took 30 minutes to place my order and pay. They have the cashier (at the time was a very rude blonde woman) filling the online orders so you literally wait there until she is done. One person should do online orders only- at least during lunch. They used to have such great customer service- not anymore
I ordered a sandwich paid extra for avocado they said they didn’t have any after I had to call and complain even though I was charged for it. The people that answer the phone all say that they are the manager and won’t give their name. My sandwich was soggy even though it only had turkey, cheese and cucumber on it. The cookie was hard and stale.
Sandwich was amazing, soup was very hot. Had to wait on my meal even though I ordered ahead of time. But the Italian sandwich was good. My soup was hot but didn't have the extra cheese or bacon as requested. Overall it is a very clean store, but I enjoyed my meal. Réservez une table maintenant
