Potbelly - Réservation de table

My family i went in on april 8th, 2024. We are hispanic. When we went to order in person, we were immedietly treated like garbage. We did not see the employees treating the other people this way. We got yelled at, got horrible attitude by the cashier the guy preparing the sandwhiches. We always come here today was not a good expirence at all. The guy who was preparing the food was throwing things because he could not hear me as he was asking what else i wanted included in the sándwich. Horrible racist people here!!!!!!!! We love the sadwiches but we won't come back anymore!!

The fact that I'm writing this review 2 days later should already tell you how I feel about this location.The sandwich was extremely well made not skimping on ingredients or giving us the dreaded dry sandwich! Their app is so screwed that we had to call back to replace one of the items and they were so understanding.This location isn't always perfect but we love going here compared to the one down the street from where we live!

This Potbelly’s is consistently high quality. Great sandwiches made well. I also love that their app makes ordering super easy and I have never had an error in my order when done online. Great place!

Came here for a bite to eat with my partner, the staff here absolutely made my day, April was beyond kind, and honestly, I’d like to come back just for the staff. Never change potbelly’s <3 Réservez une table maintenant

This Willowbrook, IL location in particular is a dump. There kitchen practices are questionable. I followed up with the board of health. In order to get a refund you need to hound them.

My boyfriend said regarding the Wreck with bacon added- “if i could give God a sandwich to show Him how good sandwiches are… I’d give Him this sandwich”. Wonderful service.

This place is always clean, team works together and are friendly and professional no matter how busy they are. Food is fresh and consistently good. Love this location

Order line 15 to 20 minute wait. Excellent apple walnut salad with Balsamic vinaigrette, vegetable soup and chili. All food fresh.

Came 30 minutes before closing and workers were very kind and got us our shakes quickly.
