The staff at the counter and topping request area could use a bit more warmth and friendliness. I visited two days in a row and interacted with four different employees, and unfortunately, the lack of welcoming demeanor was consistent both times. However, I appreciated that the manager (or owner) asked me about my meal on both occasions; it would be great if the rest of the team could learn from her example in being more inclusive and engaging with customers. On a positive note, the restaurant is clean and beautifully designed inside.
I enjoy pot belly sandwich shop but this place isn’t consistent with their customer service. I can’t count how many time they’ve made my sandwich wrong when I order online. So I stopped ordering on line. I went today and the young lady that was making my sandwich didn’t have a hair net on and her hair was all over the place. Nobody wants hair in their food. I’m done with this location. I’ll stick to the better locations like Annapolis
I've been enjoying this Potbelly since I moved to Bowie about three years ago. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is clean. I usually order the turkey sandwich on white bread with bacon and all the toppings, along with the broccoli cheddar soup. If I'm in the mood for a treat, I indulge in a strawberry milkshake topped with a cookie. Overall, this location is a fantastic representation of the franchise!
I visited this location for the very first time today. The two elderly ladies working behind the counter were extremely unprofessional and rude. The younger staff members (2 men and a women), who were very helpful, even seemed embarrassed by the ladies’ behavior. If customer service is not your thing, please seek a different profession.Parking: Not many parking options.

food was great but on august 23, 2023 lady with flowered dress was very rude as soon as you walk trew the bag of bread almost on my face while i was on the line looking at my sandwich , cashier with glasses was also very rude . please consider nice people when hiring we as a cuatomer do not come with the intention no offend or make someones bad day
I ordered 3 sandwiches and received the wrong order. By the time I called back, they were closed. This is the utmost in disrespect, defrauding the customer, and quite disappointing. I will never be ordering from this place again. Donte W, if you’re wondering what happened to your order, I have it.
Potbelly, the company, is the most inconsistent service and food quality. One day it's an amazing sandwich, the next day they give you 1 and 1/2 slices of Salami on your Italian with some vegetables smashed into the middle of the sandwich. I'm so done with the inconsistency of this company.
Order three sandwiches for dinners on Jan 5, 2023. Two A wreck and one Italian. All the sandwiches were perfectly made despite different toppings on the sandwiches. I will definitely be back and try their underground menu.

Came in the place with an order for 12pm (it was 11am when I arrived) by accident. The staff were really nice and were able to make my order early despite my mistake. Great customer service and delicious sandwich.
