This place needs a serious change in management or staffing.The first thing they said was they were short staffed, and we had to wait. Not a welcome, or hello.The sandwich was kind of thrown together. The chicken was cold. I hope I don 't get sick from it.The person running the register was blunt, short and just said, did you get a sandwich? What kind did you get? . Ran my card and blurted out the same thing to the next person.Then, apparently, a male employee was arguing with the other employees while he was sitting in the dining room. He was getting loud and swearing. We felt unsafe and left right away.
Bad experience. Started with 2 of my first choice being unavailable. After finding a third choice, the staff were all rude to me other customers, showing clear indifference to the job or the place. Fountain drink machine had several drinks where only clear water/syrup came out (not the intended drink on the label) but there was no out of order or unavailable sign on any of them, further confirming the workers ' indifference. There wasn 't even one single trash can in the whole place.I heard other customers talking among themselves about how bad their experience was also.
I visited this restaurant last night, and it took around 15 minutes for anyone to take my order. The staff was congregated and chatting instead of attending to customers. When I finally got to place my order, they were out of key items, including cheese and wheat bread. I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time. The staff was unprofessional, and I would strongly advise against going there.
I am being nice giving this a 3 star, but I don’t believe in giving a 1 or 2 star unless absolutely necessary. I won’t say this was the worst experience, but it wasn’t the best. The staff was unpleasant and borderline rude. The sandwich was was decent looking but I had to pick the lettuce off because it was brown. Definitely would have taken it back if we didn’t have to catch a flight. Réservez une table maintenant
The service was abysmal. The woman taking sandwich orders was unpleasant and borderline rude. She didn’t even pack my order at the end. She just gave me unopened brown and white bags for the sandwich and hot pepper jar I purchased.I’m a big potbelly fan and I’ve never experienced this low-level of service at any other store.
The staff was less than attentive, and the quality of the food was disappointing. I ordered an Apple Walnut Salad, but it was lacking cheese, the lettuce was wilted and brown, and the chicken seemed to be close to its expiration date. I would recommend looking for another option.
