Potbelly Sandwiches is a quaint little sandwich joint with quality subs at a moderate price; if you want quality, come here! When I first saw this place, it was in passing and I didn't stop in because it isn't in the most convenient of locations. You have an entrance only light, and an exit that forces a right turn instead of a light that lets you turn left back onto the road you came from. I decided today to come in and give Potbelly a try, and I wasn't disappointed! Service Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by the owner ? of the store. When ordering, the ladies that made my sub were both knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs, something you don't always get in a retail position....
Potbelly offers truly outstanding hot sandwiches on white or wheat bread in a fun causal environment. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the service was friendly and speedy. Beware the hot peppers will make you sweat so they aren’t for the feint tongue. Strong recommendation.
New sandwich place on my radar...nice edition..first on my try list was the Pizza Sub..yummy yummy. Nice and polite and friendly. Clean with outdoor seating. And their Covid-19 game face is legit.. Masks on staff members demarcations for space and over all a very clean looking establishment.
To your management: up your pay if you can't staff enough people. Only one staff member present, orders backed up.... Really trying to extract every ounce of your employee's value huh? Get it together or close shop. Looks terrible on the Potbelly brandthat this is a franchise.

My favorite sandwich shop. Haven't been there since I lived in Indiana 15 years ago. So excited there is one in Morrisville NC. You have to get it with the peppers. It makes the sandwich amazing ????
Ate lunch here 09/01/22. Their turkey-avocado-bacon sandwich was awesome. Sweet tea was just right , too. Will definitely return to this restaurant when in the Morrisville/Cary area.

This place slaps. So good. Loaded potato soup is great for hangovers. Oh its delicious too. The ladies working were very nice. 10/10 will come again
