Clean atmosphere. Friendly servers. Stephen Mike were pleasant. My food was made appropriately swiftly as well. I ordered the chicken salad salad mac and cheese. Both were freshly made. The space was clean and open. Lots of seating. The bathrooms were clean. There's outdoor seating as well. Parking: Lots of parking in front and on side. Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth surface good for wheelchairs. Wider seating spaces available.
I encountered a very rude employee, possibly a manager, who claimed I arrived too early to pick up my order. This wasn't the first time I've faced this issue. It doesn't make any sense. If you're going to work with the public, please focus on improving your customer service skills. Thank you!
This potbelly location consistently puts out good food and service. Theres a worker who’s name I think is Anthony who always provides top notch service. Every time hes working I always get a well made sandwich with great customer service.
They’ve messed my to go orders up twice in a row now. By the time I got home (30 minutes away) it was too far to bring them back. This is the only location I’ve ever had this issue with before. Réservez une table maintenant
This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. The person who took my order, Andrew, was incredibly nice and generous. I have no complaints about my order; he truly deserves all the best!
The two ladies that worked on 6 PM on 9/30/23 were fantastic. I forgot to ask for their names but their service was exceptional.
Good food, but having the workers wear Crocs and walk around as if they were watching TV at home doesn't seem right to me.
