Great experience! Bustling, with a staff solely focused on quality and the customer. Generous portions with outstanding service and taste. Have to give a shout out to the Buffalo Mac and cheese, as it gives Panera a run for its money, even if was just plain Mac Mac cheese. Hip atmosphere with a clean and sturdy feel. Easy to navigate menu with a plethora of options. Those hot peppers are to die for, too. Very happy with my experience here and I will be returning in the near future.

I just had such an awesome experience with Scott at your Troy, MI location! not only was he very expeditious with my food which is important to me because I only have a 30 minute lunch, but he also comped a military members meal, calling it 'today 's military discount '! I hope he gets recognized because that was awesome customer service and just all around being a kind and awesome person! Great asset to the Potbelly team!!

Awesome sub shop, and one of the best tasting broccoli and cheese soups you'll come across. I can't praise it enough. The bread is always fresh and I'm never disappointed with the quality of ingredients. Potbelly is where it's at! I highly recommend checking it out.

One of our places we order for work. Love our delivery driver. Always on time and nice. Told me yesterday that they might discontinue my soup. Kinda sad about it, hope they dont do it. Its my all time favorite from here. You guys do a great job. Thank you
