Nicely located at the Trave with a buzzing atmosphere! (Weather was sunny at 21°C) We decided to sit outside and ordered 2 beer, a rump steak and Wiener Schnitzel. It took the beers 20 minutes to arrive and the food was another 30 minutes. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or if the chef/bar staff couldn’t handle the crowd. Staff was friendly enough but no apologies or explanation about the delay in service. I’ve ordered the steak rare and it came medium/well done, ordered the mushroom sauce with it which never came. The bratkartoffle was very good. Conclusion: Not a restaurant where I will go back to as Lübeck has plenty more to offer.

They do not take credit card if you only buy a drink or under 10€. They automaticly charge you for tips without giving you the bill first. We will never go back, they are cheeting people and behave unproffessional with the costumers.

Very good fusion of German and other cuisines, the staff are great and speak several languages. This was my favorite restaurant in Lübeck.

Geniune German food in rich portions. It took a while to get the food ordered but it was worth waiting for. The schnitzel is recomended!

Lovely peaceful spot by the river. Great beer and the food was good too. Service was excellent, lovely friendly and helpful waiters.
