Potters Cafe Bistro

Exceptional experience! We discovered this café just off the High Street, allowing us to bypass the usual chain coffee shops. The highlight was a fantastic English Breakfast, although the bacon baguette did not meet our expectations. The staff provided friendly and efficient service, and we appreciated the added bonus of a refund on parking. Overall, we left feeling satisfied and eager to recommend this place to others.

This place is fantastic! A few years ago, we visited on a very cold day, and the cozy open fire, attentive staff, and delicious food made the experience truly enjoyable. When we returned, we couldn't resist coming back. The homemade soup and lovely tea were wonderful. For us, it's a top-notch spot, and they’re also dog-friendly! They even provided doggy biscuits during our first visit.

We are on vacation in Weymouth and visited Dorchester for the day, where we discovered this lovely café. The food was delicious, and even my picky daughter finished her jacket potato! The service was very efficient, and the staff were really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and will return if we’re ever in Dorchester again.

Found this place by accident and decided to have family brunch. It was a great decision, great vibe to the place, real quality food, proper sausages, delicious bacon, couldn't have been better. Lovely polite service too. Kids loved it too so we are hoping to come back tomorrow (are you open bank holiday??? Réservez une table maintenant

second visit to potter caffe held there for the breakfast before a couple weeks was so nice best breakfast I had in a long time so again yesterday to the breakfast same beautiful breakfast good things keep it going.

We stumbled upon this whilst wandering around the shops and was so pleased we did, it’s a little gem of a cafe. The carrot cake was the best we’ve ever tasted. Will definitely revisit next time we’re in Dorchester.
