I had one of the worst experiences at a Premier Inn during my stay in December 2022. Every room I encountered had some sort of issue, whether it was with the bathroom or the room itself. Over my 10-day stay, I switched rooms three times, but I ultimately chose to stay in the third room because I realized all the others had problems as well. The internet was consistently non-functional throughout my visit. When I inquired with the staff, they informed me that they couldn't assist, and when I reached out to customer service, they simply registered my complaint without taking any further action. The only downside was the lack of onsite parking, but there are two nearby car parks where you can pay to park, costing about £6 per night. Farnborough Town Centre is an ideal spot for visiting Legoland, as well as exploring London and the surrounding areas. We also enjoyed our meals at the Beefeater, where the staff were once again very friendly—especially the bartender who had just visited Scotland the week before. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming! The food was excellent and perfectly cooked both for dinner and breakfast, with plenty of options available. Was in Room 208 checked in 14 Nov and checked out 0n 15 Nov 2022. I requested to extend my stay for a fee as I was waiting for daughter doing entrance at Wellington College. The receptionist rudely rejected the request and as I prepared to leave at 1209hrs she camped at my do banging it non-stop. I told her I was leaving shortly after dressing up and she would have none of it until I opened the door half naked and she continued to harrass me to leave. Treating customers like animals is unacceptable. I have travelled the world over and have never been treated like that.
Ventilation fan from restaurant is very loud and causes some rooms to vibrate. I had to ask for it to be turned off at 9.50 pm and it took about 30 minutes for it to stop. It started again at 5.48 am. Persistent noise between 11 pm and 7 am is considered anti social. Staff are aware of this but still put guests in here and blame head office when challenged Rooms are unfit for purpose, avoid Réservez une table maintenant
I should give more stars if the parking charges was not so confusing in sainsbury. Breakfast OK, as hotels a will Always claim they are fully booked however kitchen at time of breakfast will say there re not many gusts that's why there is no hot buffet . And cooked breakfast need to be ordered. Rooms are OK, however some lights were supposed to be fixed
I stayed here with my son for the Fully Charged Live event at Farnborough International. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for the event, shopping, and going to the cinema. It also offered fantastic value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.
