Premier Inn Farnborough Town Centre

One of the worst premier inn I have ever stayed. I stayed there in December 2022, Every rooms was having either some issue with Bathroom or the room. I changed 3 rooms during my 10 days stay. But finally after I came to 3rd room I decided not to change as all rooms have some issue. The internet never worked there. When i asked the staff they said that they cant help. I complained to their customer service executives via phone call, they also just registered complaint and did nothing. The internet was down all the 10 days I stayed there. The staff was very bad at communication. The beef eater staff as well downside was very bad . I will never recommend this place to anyone. As it was a nightmare for us. Only good thing is location , but you will not get peace of mind . Only book this hotel if you get deal under 30 pound per night . Over that its not worth.

Ventilation fan from restaurant is very loud and causes some rooms to vibrate. I had to ask for it to be turned off at 9.50 pm and it took about 30 minutes for it to stop. It started again at 5.48 am. Persistent noise between 11 pm and 7 am is considered anti social. Staff are aware of this but still put guests in here and blame head office when challenged Rooms are unfit for purpose, avoid

Great customer service, good location in the town center and very close to the main train station. The room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and good services offered.

Little to no hot water. seemed understaffed and rooms needed a freshen up as a little tired and shabby. Lack of parking puts me off recommending

Reception staff always friendly and welcoming. Now a regular stayer due to local meetings.
