Prepkitchen - Del Mar

The brussels sprouts were fabulous as were the tater tots with salmon, creme fraiche, and caviar! We also enjoyed the brocollini and the Pinot Noir they served very much! The mac and cheese was okay...might have been better with something like a dash of siracha to cut the heaviness and a crispy topping (it was very pale with no texture on top). We'd planned to order salads and entrees, but the starters filled us right up! We were there for a birthday celebration and they brought out the cutest mini-ice cream cones filled with scoops of fantastic vanilla and chocolate ice cream--so thoughtful! The service was outstanding as well. We sat inside and the atmosphere was great...we will definitely...

This is the second time I've eaten at PrepKitchen while in Del Mar. The food didn't disappoint. We started with an order of the brussel sprouts which were next level. My salmon dish was mouthwatering full of flavors and not over salted! So often restaurants over salt their food not the case here. The food had a unique combination of flavors with crispy chick peas and a delicious sauce. Will definitely visit again. My first choice in Del Mar.

We sat outside by a heater on a quiet evening at Prepkitchen Basically, across the board, I felt the entire experience was a four star one, not quite ready to give it five stars but we will Likely return some day.

Our meal felt rushed. The food we had was just fine, not deserving of the high prices and since we sat inside the ambiance was not existent.
