Pire présotte à Perth. de Le plus gros défaillance de moi était: mon thé a goûté comme de l'eau avec une pointe de thé ... Les perles noires que j'ai commandé à aller avec mon thé à bulles était tellement doux que je sentais que je mangeais la mush, je nourris mon bébé. Cette texture moelleuse douce que les perles censées n'étaient pas là. de Vous avez une si grande zone pour préparer les thés bulles peut-être nettoyer un peu? Pas un fan de la table des effectifs étranges assis dans la même région, ne devrait-il pas être isolé ou bloqué de la vue publique? Il est évident que les clients sont venus pendant que le personnel mangeait et laissa tout sur la table comme une grande boîte de nourr...
Worst Presotea in Perth. The biggest fail to me was: My tea tasted like water with a hint of tea... the black pearls I have ordered to go with my bubble tea was so damn soft it felt I was eating the mush I feed my infant. That soft chewy texture that pearls supposed to have wasn't there. You have such a big area to prep the bubble teas perhaps clean it up a bit? Not a fan of the weird staff table sitting in the same area, shouldn't it be secluded or blocked off from public view? I went to Presotea in Mt Lawley.In regards to the customer service, I would appreciate if your staff can provide with a better quality of it.My question was: can I adjust the sugar or ice level since I couldn’t find the option in the app.And her response was: absolutely not.I understand your staff is very knowledgeable and maybe she feel my question was stupid. But as a customer I would appreciate if she doesn’t show it in front of me.I live in the neighbourhood and I love the bbt, but this is the third time I received such a terrible customer service in this particular store. I won’t come back to this store next time even it means I need to go into the city to get it.
J'aime la présotteeea. Mon préféré (et depuis lors, j'ai commandé cela) est le thé de lait de sucre marron de l'okinawa, avec moins de glace bien sûr! C'est incroyable! Niveau de douceur parfait et j'adore le goût authentique du thé! C'est idéal pour toute occasion littéralement! Personnel amical et je dois dire qu'ils étaient vraiment efficaces trop battant une longue ligne d'environ une douzaine de personnes (plus moins) en quelques minutes! Bravo! I love presotea. My favorite (and since then I have aways ordered this) is Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea, with less ice of course! It's amazing! Perfect level of sweetness and I just love the authentic taste of the tea! It is ideal for any occasion literally! Friendly staff and I have to say that they were really efficient too beating a long line of about a dozen people (plus minus) in a matter of minutes! Bravo!
