Pret A Manger - Réserver une table

We stopped by for a drink and a snack in the early evening. The food options were limited, the floors were dirty with food debris, and two out of three toilets were closed for cleaning. It took over 15 minutes for the third toilet to be available. The process of getting ice was overly complicated, with staff having to manually scoop it from the bottom drawer of a difficult device. It seemed like the place may have been overwhelmed during lunchtime. Overall, the restaurant was not very well-maintained and had a lackluster atmosphere.

Signed up for the new £20 a month unlimited drinks deal. Went to Pret in Stratford Westfield at about 3pm, but was told they were sold out of Smoothies, Fraps, Infusion cold drinks... Pretty much 50% of the drinks menu! It wasn't very busy. Extremely poor management to run out of half the drinks menu by mid afternoon on a Saturday when it isn't even very busy, and when just starting the new Promotion!

Called in for mid morning snack, staff attitude poor, coffee was awful, sandwiches not up to Pret usual standards and tables not clean.Have always used Pret in a number of different locations and has always been very good. The service and food here poor and will not be visiting this outlet again. Hopefully Management will look to improve the service in the future.

Customer is very very poor!! I went in to get an iced chai latte and had clearly said my order to the waitress on the till. I was bought a hot drink and asked for it to be changed when the staff member rolled her eyes at me. Would not come again, they have lost a former pret lover!

Arrived at Stratford and decided to have a bit of lunch before starting the shopping in Westfield. Had the tomato soup and a cheese and ham toasted sandwich and as always with Pret food it was very good. It was very busy so service was a little slow.

Avoid going to Westfield's ground floor Pret a Manger. It is very disappointing. It was the worst experience I have ever had. You pay £5 for a coffee, ask for it to be extra hot, and they serve it at room temperature.

The customer service was terrible. The girl who served me this morning was very rude! I have been working in Westfield for a long time and only one Lithuanian girl (whose name I forgot) knows what she is doing!

Great Pret, plenty of seating unlike some other places. Sat towards the back and it was a quiet respite from the bustle of Westfield. Enjoyed the food, plenty of vegetarian choices. Clean and well stocked

Great coffee/pastries but no-where to sit as FOUR tables for four were occupied with one person working on their computer. Pret is not an office it is a cafe.

Clean, quite busy, organised layout. Perfect mocha served by pleasant staff with a nice attitude. 100% would recommend this coffee shop.
