Pret A Manger - Réservation de table

Absolutely love Pret and visited hundreds of stores across the country. The Bracknell store is always clean and plenty of space including the upstairs which has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Sadly thought the staff could be a little more outgoing and cheerful which goes for...the general manager who comes across as rather reserved and at times a little miserable, strange as many other branches are upbeat and energetic. I find it's hit and miss with the food, sometimes you buy freshly made food and it's has a good portion size and ingredients other times like the breakfast pots are half empty and your searching for your favorite fruit or nut. Went there to grab something to eat and a cappuccino, food was okay. Cappuccino was poor especially considering the cost. Service was good considering it was one guy trying to serve or customers. (poor lad) Could be really nice but needs to improve.

Very courteous Staff, Plenty of food to choose from, Nice seating area with additional seating available upstairs and of course a WONDERFUL Coffee. I would highly recommend if you would like to just relax and enjoy a coffee with a great view. Réservez une table maintenant

Was pleased to see prets using a traditional espresso machine until I realised that the barista lacked training and the espresso is really weak, being under extracted. Maybe should have stuck to the safer bean to cup approach?

Very weak coffee and burnt shortbread. The lady in the queue in front of us advised the ‘barista ‘ that he was making the coffee too quickly, hence very weak. OMG does that mean I have to go to Costa? No I’ll just go home.

a typical pret a manger with a good selection of sandwiches and drinks. I tried the salat and it was nice.
