However, three Saturdays ago, I had an issue where I didn't receive the QR code confirming my order was ready. It turns out my debit card details weren’t saved in my Pret profile after I initially set it up. Strangely, this problem wasn’t resolved for over three weeks—until today, when Ewan from Customer Services helped expedite the reissue of my QR code and figured out how I could re-enter my card information on my profile. On your end, it appeared my account wasn’t active, making it impossible for me to input my card details, even though I had added them initially with your staff in Harrow. I have always received very good service from Pret and absolutely love their coffee. However one of the staff called YOGESH at Harrow on the hill branch is not customer friendly at all and has an attitude problem. He missed to add hazelnut syrup which was part of my original order. When requested to add he denied and lies that he added 4 pumps of it and I need to ask his manager to add any syrup. This is super rude, absolutely not helpful and has a horrible attitude. He did not even call for the drink when it was ready. He simply put the coffee on the counter. I had to go check if it was my drink and another colleague confirmed it was my drink. I visit this restaurant almost every day and I must say, the staff are exceptional. Dida, the manager, is always friendly, and the entire team works incredibly hard. It never ceases to amaze me how they manage to stay calm when there's a long queue—often about 20 people! Their speedy service, especially with drinks, is impressive. I also frequent Pret locations in Paddington and St. George's Hospital during the week, and I believe their staff training is top-notch since I have no complaints about any of these outlets. I would give this place more stars if possible! The staff here is truly incredible—extremely professional and always attentive. I don't know how they manage to serve all the different drink variations while maintaining such a positive attitude! It’s clear that the team has a strong bond. I appreciate everyone here, but the managers really stand out as exceptional. While I prefer the flavors of a few competitors, the outstanding service keeps me coming back to this location. It truly is the best around!
