Pretzelmaker - Réserver une table

Loooooong wait for a salted pretzel with cheese. Was told 5-10 min, turned out to be 17 because the girl making them was having social time. There?s another pretzel shop in this mall; the service can?t be any worse

This was by far the worst pretzel I?ve ever had, a gas station pretzel was better. The only reason I?ve given it two stars is because the staff was very nice.

a very good service. the employees are more interested in social time, then work. always wait 15 minutes, for brezel!?

spent $20 on medium pulpy bites, 2 drinks and was charged for a fountain water.
