The service at this restaurant was extremely slow and the response from their customer service was poor. Despite visiting on a Friday lunchtime as a special treat, we were informed upon arrival that there would be a 40-minute wait for our food. Although we were not in a hurry, we were disappointed to discover that one of our favorite starters had been removed from the menu and replaced with a more expensive option. While the starter arrived quickly and was enjoyable, we were surprised to see that other customers who had ordered after us were already enjoying their main meals. Ordered two pizzas online to collect, cost just under £30. Order was confirmed. Arrived at restaurant to be told the oven was broken so no pizza. Ok...these things happen and the lady was very apologetic. However...it was a real struggle to get a refund. Was expecting to get refund straightaway as it was my money not theirs...similar to getting change straightaway if you pay too much. Request had to go to head office, they said could take 2 days...it took 9 days and even then, that was only after I 'd been in to see them 4 times to chase. Was basically theft. The service at this restaurant was awful. We had reserved a table for 14 hospice nurses and even provided our menu choices ahead of time. However, on the day of our reservation, we received a call informing us that the restaurant did not have enough food for the meals we had selected a week prior. With no other options available for a large group at the last minute, our evening was completely ruined. We will not be returning to this restaurant and will not be recommending it to others.
I made a reservation for my best friend's birthday celebration, as we were headed to Malvern Theatre and wanted to ensure we were served promptly to not miss the show. James warmly welcomed us, led us to our table, and provided exceptional service throughout the meal. He was courteous and very helpful, a true asset to the establishment. The food was fantastic, arriving hot and well-presented. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Expensive, standard food reasonably presented, customer service needs reviewing. Staff need to look a little more interested in their job, presentation and options need to be looked at. Prezzo as a chain need to look at basic economics, cost over profit is not always a good way to run a business, would suggest this is addressed before this restaurant becomes another victim of the economic downturn!!
This place is ok if you can use the 2 for 1 offers available but when paying full price it is very expensive average food. The table we sat on was covered in a big sticky mark where a label must have been. Not very nice or hygienic. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have a voucher.
We went with friends for an early dinner before the theatre and couldn’t have been happier, we don’t know the area and it’s a convenient short walk away. The staff are efficient, friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and was a great start to the evening.
The staff were outstanding, nothing too much trouble. Had the seabass which was excellent after the mixed platter starter. It's a nice big restaurant in the centre of Malvern. Would go again.

Had fantastic three course meal and during with husband. Beautiful food, with fantastic presentation and excellent service by every member of staff we dealt with. Well done
We went for lunch for 6 with our Tesco Vouchers. Everyone was happy with the food and service, but what struck me the most was how outstanding clean it was.
