The greeting at this restaurant was excellent, with a friendly restaurant manager and wait staff who were polite and smiling. The food was quite good. However, there was a loud and unprofessional manager, possibly the area manager or HR, who was working on a laptop and harassed a worker. This behavior was unacceptable and their managerial skills need improvement. This type of behavior is damaging to both customers and employees in an industry that already faces challenges. It would be wise for higher management to address this issue immediately. April and the other workers deserve better treatment.
Food was excellent. Although we hadn't booked the front of house manager kindly accomodated us on a busy Saturday afternoon. Confusion with order caused delay in delivery of food to table. Management apologised and discounted bill after realising genuine mistake and inconvenience caused. These things happen occasionally but the way the team rectified and supported us was first class. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Glasgow
we came on the back of the had a really bad service experience in a prezzo in london. what another experience we had at this opportunity in glasgow. once in a past they have a server that makes the evening. that was yaw. He...has a great energy that feels very welcome to us. yaw has tried to talk to us, we have let a smile. this makes the difference when visiting a chain restaurant. we would definitely come back to this experience.
I decided to have lunch here without a reservation, but they were able to fit me in. The double Italian burger was delicious and the atmosphere at platz was cozy in the nice older building. The pizza oven was also impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Absolutely brilliant such lovely choices on the menu and the staff were so friendly and helpful. In fact I would say funny as well. U don't often get that these days from restaurant staff. Really enjoyed my meal
the room is really nice. Apart from that, nothing else really impressed me. that was bland and average. it took really long to arrive and prices are not justified by the quality of food.
