I was there with family in October after graduation. My aunt was eating her food, when she got startled and stated there was glass in her mouth. I thought she was overreacting and didn't actually know what it was until she spat it out and there was the glass! We called the waiter over he got the manager who then stated there is no glass in the kitchen so it must have been from the salt shakers it happens sometimes....first of all no one used the salt shakers and if they know it breaks off in food why are they still using them?And the glass was not sitting on top of her food or she would have seen it. The staff were atrocious I asked for a straw twice which never came. Was not offered Parmesan I asked but also never came. Waiter said I couldn’t cancel my order as already cooked but took such a long time after this to actually arrive. Worst experience yet will not be visiting any prezzo anytime soon. Also large garlic goats cheese pizza bread is non existent. The portion is tiny and very dry. Friends has calzone which was very dry small portions and very little sauce inside as well as bland. Highly disappointed!!
Friday evening meal with family in London. Easy to book, easy access, prompt service, quite edible and didn’t break the bank. It’s not gourmet, but perfectly acceptable for the price and location and the staff were both pleasant and attentive. A ‘relatively’ quiet corner of the shopping scheme accessible to all and from whence we went our separate ways with ease.
I’ve been in this restaurant with my girlfriend to eat. The drink and food was really good but the price could be better. We were served by one Italian guy, really welcoming and helpful to choose the food which was excellent. We’ve been happy with his service and we will definitely give another visit if we will be around in Victoria.Thank you very much.

This restaurant gets very noisy as tables are too close to each other unable to talk or think. The food is rather hard to eat as i had ordered margareta pizza garlic bread. I was unable to finish it as I had mentioned too hard and the base to the pizza was tough to cut eat, Will not be going back.
It starts one very good stuffed baked mushrooms very good! The bruschetta was deception, they use pizza dough to make, was a shame. The main course was average, two pizza tree gut and Margherita. The desert less then average, I was waiting for more
Had a marvelous meal brilliant service here,had been to the Prezzo marble arch previously was an awful experience ,but can definitely recommend the service the meal at Victoria place shopping centre , the waiter Niccolo was amazing
Great place to eat a range of meals, including lots of gluten free options. Perfect spot when you have some time but don't want to venture too far away from the station platforms.

The Pasta bolognese was great, they don’t take too long to serve food and the attention was great Jurek treat us really good. We are definitely visiting again.
