Used to order from here a lot but wont be using it again after my latest experience. Ordered at 5 for delivery at half 7. Food arrived at quarter to nine with a broken tray of rice covering the rest of the dishes and luke warm at best! Phoned to ask where order was at 8 to be told it was cooked and waiting to be delivered yet arrived 45 minutes later so obviously had just been sat on shelf for all that time. Disappointed loyal customer will be giving my money to another business from now on!
Ordered food via just eat, told delivery would be here at 17.50. Food did eventually turn up at 18.15, the lady did apologise for being late, as she left she slammed my front gate which bounced back open... As expected food was cold, chips were hard and undercooked,there was also a carton opened in the bag and all was covered in a sauce of some sorts. Over £26 on food that you have to re heat and put in the bin.... not a good service at all... won't be wasting my money there again.
I had a fantastic experience at this Indian restaurant in Risca—it's the best around! I've been ordering from them for years and have never encountered any issues. The customer service has always been excellent, and my meals consistently arrive within the promised timeframe, fresh and piping hot. The prices are very reasonable, and I really appreciate having the option to use their online system/app, which makes ordering much easier. I highly recommend this place!
The food was satisfactory overall, but I was disappointed with the quantity of king prawns in the curry. As a chef by trade, I expected more. I requested a full refund for that meal rather than a replacement, but I was denied. As a regular customer, I found this level of service to be very disappointing. That's £30 less they will be getting from me this weekend. Thanks for nothing, guys—definitely not top-notch service. Réservez une table maintenant
Fantastic Indian within risca, best around, I’ve been ordering for years and never had an issue, customer service has always been brilliant, food always arrives within allocated time frame, fresh and piping hot, prices are more than reasonable, love being able to use the online system/app as well, makes things a lot easier, highly recommend!
Hi. My first order today. Was really disappointed. Onion bhajis were burnt. The sheek kebab wasn't the great. Keema naan didn't have much meat. Paid for two extra mint sauce. Ended with foil container with mint sauce in. Which wasnt sealed. Mint sauce everywhere Service: Take out Price per person: £10–20
The food arrived cold, and there was hardly any chicken in the curry—it felt like they were rationing their ingredients! I paid £35, and it didn’t even feed three children and two adults. I ended up just eating the naan bread to dip into the curry sauce. It was quite disappointing.
I always order from Pride of Balti. The staff is friendly, and my orders are prepared fairly quickly. I absolutely love their vindaloo—it's fantastic! Every meal I've had from this takeaway has been enjoyable. It's my go-to spot for a great Indian meal. Réservez une table maintenant
