This is an old school house. You have the opportunity to cook your own steak here as there are large community grills where you can do that. I just let her cook it for me. The cuts of meat were delicious and perfectly cooked to order. The salad bar is quite expansive with some additional sides and vegetables. A friend of mine ate the 40oz steak and got a medal in a small box that can be exchanged for a free regular meal. The staff is competent and friendly. We were there on Saturday night. I have eaten in the Prime Quarter once a year for the last years and it is always an excellent experience. Tonight, our waitress Emily was amazing. It begins with the largest salad bar in the three-quarters area. Then we studied our drinks. I had the Merlot. When the steak arrived, it was the Trifecta. I enjoyed the T-Bone tonight with French fries. Thank you for everything!
