Prime Serious Steak

Originally gave 3 stars. Updated to one after charges processed. Check your receipts and bank info closely!! Friend and I went for dinner. The onion soup didn't have the richness normally expected. The lettuce for salad was extremely wilted. Had the bone in rib-eye and it was great. The waitress however could use further training. CeCe stated waitstaff had been arrested for serving people with expired drivers licenses so she was checking IDs. I'd have no issue however she was discriminating severely when she didn't check anyone at any of the other several tables she had nearby. My friend is 80 and I'm no spring chicken. We went on a Wednesday night and thought there might be a long wait since they do not take reservations. When we arrived we drove around several minutes before we found and empty parking space. I would say that the parking situation was the only downside of the evening. We put our name in with the host and went to have a drink at the bar. Within 15 minutes we were seated at a table. We tried the Summer of Savings Special. We each had salad, popovers, baked potatoes and NY Strip all for $42! There was also a dessert to share which we took home with us. The steaks were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Our server Jill was great! We will be back!

Ok. If you want a truly 5 star meal with 10 star service at a price point that actually reflects the 180 dollar steaks of Vegas the this is your go-to. Our server Dominic was engaging and helpful fully dedicated to our dinner being a Hallmark event. He provided expert advice and the follow through proves his perspectives true. The GM Jackie came by and she was a delightful addition to our evenings experience. If you see this and go there please tell them Mark and Sandy will be coming back soon... The actual timeline won't matter... I think we will ALWAYS be coming back soon... So should you!

We had the special. I, the Salmon and my wife, the New York strip. The Salmon was very good; the steak was tough and not cooked to her preference even after we sent it back to be cooked more. The spinach side had a sweet taste we did not prefer but the au gratin potatoes were delicious. Finally, the salad was good but the plates were so small the mostly unchopped salad kept spilling out onto the table. We will not return. Réservez une table maintenant

All I can say is this place is absolutely amazing from the service to the food to the ambience!! Well worth every penny!! Food is outstanding!! Service impeccable! The potatoes au gratin are an absolute must try! Will definitely be back and will highly recommend!

The Mahi Mahi and shrimp were fantastic and the service was great. You can't beat the dinner for two price. I highly recommend Prime!
