The fish taco, pork belly taco, shrimp burrito, and beef burrito were all absolutely delicious! We can't wait to make this our regular spot in Ridgefield. Prime Taco truly serves the community well, and it's great to see them back in town. This is an excellent way to introduce the new best taco joint in the area! The staff consistently does a fantastic job as part of the Prime Family!
So glad this place opened up in Ridgefield!! A fast, fresh, healthy and delicious option to eat that is affordable too. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very clean. We just moved back to the area from California and we had missed placed like this, hands down my new favorite place to eat! Eat in or I usually call ahead and take it to go.
I really enjoyed the mix of flavors in the tacos we tried. We savored every last bite of the broken cod, chicken taco, falafel taco, and pig bell taco. The cod was fresh from the fish market, and the corn tortillas were delightful, leaving you feeling light unlike flour tortillas.
I was very impressed by the cleanliness, the friendly service and the quality of the food. We went up for seconds...thats how good it was. The falafel was spot on, it brought me back to my time in the middle east. They are just doing a great job!! Réservez une table maintenant
Which is a soft opening, but it felt like they were open for months. No growing pain Hiccups made by the front or rear end staff. Oh, and the food was delicious! My family had exactly every signature taco, and every Taco was a winner.
We love prime taco! Have eaten here several times since they have opened and even on the busiest nights our food arrived quickly and hot. Plus all the fresh Prime ingredients can't be beat. Wash it all down with their awesome sangria!
These are truly the best tacos and quesadillas you can find! The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I visit 2-3 times a week and I highly recommend this place!
