I walked in to place an order around 4 PM on Saturday, April 4th, and the restaurant was packed. There were three gentlemen behind the counter who were busy, but they were still attentive and greeted me right away. Michael came over to take my order, which was quite complicated and extensive. I was taken aback when he didn’t write anything down but instead entered it directly into the computer. I thought for sure this would lead to mistakes with my order, but to my surprise, everything was just as I had requested. Despite how busy they were, Michael was quick and efficient. The reason I am giving you 1 star because I went and got two small sandwiches and they drowned it with mayonnaise! I said no peppers and they still put them ! The bread was stale and hard.I bought sandwiches from this Springfield location many times and was good. They have kids working there who have no experience. It was terrible ! The Manager John seems to be always in a rush. Take your time and make the sandwiches right I don?t want free food I want it right! I ain?t going back there again for sure.
Yesterday I placed an order for a luncheon meeting for our Weichert Realtors Springfield Office for pick up today and I was extremely happy with the food preparation, the freshness of the meat/rolls and the customer service received by the Primo TEAM. They were courteous, professional and went above and beyond to satisfy me. I would not hesitate to place another order with them and you should not hesitate either to utilize this Primo Hoagie location. Great Job ALL....
I stopped by here yesterday because the one in Prospect Park was closed. Upon walking in I was glad that you watch them make your hoagie rather than them behind walls. The place was very clean(as they all are). But, what I appreciated most was that Josh( one of the workers) came over to take my order he was very polite and helpful. I ordered two hoagies, one for myself and my husband. They were both very good. I will be returning.

Order from grubhub was really looking forward to my food I do not recommend this primos location to anyone I ordered a non seeded roll and asked for no coleslaw on my sandwich in the notes what I received was a turkey swartzie on a seeded roll with coleslaw also the dirt pudding which cost 6$ looked nothing like it was suppose to if you want to get what you order I recommend a different location
Friendly staff, soft fresh rolling and lunch meat. My Hoagie built and it was delicious. I tried primo in the past and was not a fan, then again, while in Wildwood and decided to give this place an attempt and I am so glad that I did. Definitely added to my list of Hoagie shops. B.
Always a good hoagie. Nonna's veggie is really good. Some places have the most boring vegetarian options but this particular hoagie is really tasty and satisfying. Highly recommend for non-meat-eaters.
The service at PrimoHoagies is excellent, and the sandwiches are delicious. I just wish the menu had two additional options, which would make it a five-star experience for me.

The sandwich was good, and the service was friendly. However, I asked for extra onions, a side of pickles, and extra mayo, but those requests weren't followed.
They were very busy because of the eagles game (45 min wait) but it was totally worth it. BEST IVE EVER HAD!!! Staff was awesome too
