I had yet another disappointing experience at Dresher. Prices keep rising, but their attention to detail is slipping. This is the second time my order has been incorrect. I ordered a sandwich without oregano and with mayo, but it came almost without mayo and packed with oregano. I had to toss out the salad, onions, and tomatoes just to get rid of most of the oregano. I placed my order over the phone and picked it up in-store. For $30, I expected better—two sandwiches, a small bag of chips, and a drink shouldn't be too much to ask for. If they're able to make the sandwiches after I place the order, why do they mess it up? They weren’t busy, and using COVID as an excuse for short staffing just...

I had another disappointing experience at Dresher. Prices are going up, but the quality and attention to detail seem to be declining. This is the second time my order has been incorrect. The rolls were dry and tasted stale. I ordered an Audie without oregano and with mayo, but I received a sandwich loaded with oregano and hardly any mayo. I ended up having to remove the lettuce, onion, and tomato just to get rid of most of the oregano. I placed my order over the phone and picked it up in-store. I paid $30 for two sandwiches, a small bag of chips, and a tip. It makes me question why we’re tipping when they can’t even follow the order slip. They weren't busy, and I refuse to accept the COVID s...

Additionally, part of my order was incorrect—I requested the Russian dressing and coleslaw on the side, but they completely forgot to include them. At $30 for two sandwiches, I expected something truly exceptional. It seems like the quality has declined since new management took over, and I’m really disappointed with the food. Since my original review, I tried Lee's Hoagie House in Abington, and WOW! It was so much better than this Primo location—much fresher and more authentic Philly-style sandwiches, and only $2 more expensive. Just saying…

While the quality of the food is excellent, I don't think I'll be returning after my visit yesterday. The Primo-sized (9-inch) hoagies have increased in price to between $13 and $15. Although I prefer Primo's to Jersey Mike's or Wawa, I can't justify paying nearly double what their competitors charge for the same product. I understand the need to raise prices due to recent inflation, but there's really no justification for a 9-inch hoagie, a small bag of chips, and a drink costing over $20. My worst experience. Never order the delivery from this place as they charge a ridiculous $30 flat delivery fee. I ordered 2 locusts and a small bag chips and ended with a $65 bill. If I had realized that, I would have picked it up myself or ordered the delivery by door lock for virtually free. And the woman who answered the phone was no help in explaining and offered no help for this experience.

I ordered a classic crusher hoagie and instead of pepper shooters in the sandwich, there were banana peppers with little piece of pulled prosciutto. Won't go to this location anymore I can't trust them

This Primo's location sucks....employees are lackluster and they hardly put any meat on the hoagies...mostly bread and lettuce. If you want a proper hoagie go to the Primo's in Hatboro! Réservez une table maintenant

I paid $34 for this hoagie??? Where's the beef??? I'll never order this again. All I could taste was a stale roll, oregano, and cheese.
