Had an issue with a take out order today and called in to speak to a manager, which didn't quite go as expected. However, I received a prompt call back (within minutes of my first call) from the owner Chris, taking time out of his surely busy day, to address the issues I had personally with me. He spent several minutes on the phone with me, took a full account of the problems we had with our sandwiches, apologized sincerely and offered to personally make our next order himself if/when we returned. We live a bit out of the way from this particular location, unfortunately, which prompted Chris to issue us a full refund. He was extremely professional, genuinely cares about the good name of his establishment, and I've read some similar reviews where Chris has gone above what I expect most places would ever do to make it up to us. Instead of a negative review and never eating Primo again, I'll be taking Chris's excellent customer service into consideration in the future, and will be sure to give them another go, hoping that this was just a one-off. These days, terrific customer service deserves to be acknowledged. Thanks again Chris!
