Today, it seems the franchise owner was behind the counter, and the service was as quick as ever, with the sandwiches tasting great, just like usual. I usually enjoy the food here, but I had a disappointing experience with the tuna hoagie I ordered yesterday. I expected tuna salad, but it turned out to be just plain tuna. After one bite, I couldn't finish it and ended up throwing it away. It's unfortunate, especially considering how pricey the sandwiches are—I feel like I wasted my money. The paper menu at our business doesn't provide any descriptions, which would have helped. Despite this, I'm giving a 3-star review because I've always had good experiences here in the past, though I will definitely avoid this particular item in the future.

I was really disappointed with the sandwich I ordered for $16. There was hardly any meat—just a single slice of prosciutto! It's completely unacceptable. I wish I could share a picture to show how sparse it was. I definitely won’t be ordering from this place again. I understand it's in New Jersey, but this is just outrageous. This is not what I would expect from a hoagie—what a total rip-off! Plus, the cheese wasn’t even sharp provolone!

I initially judged Primo's unfairly based solely on the price! I have to admit I was wrong; this place serves delicious sandwiches that truly match their quality. In today's world, if you're looking for the best, it's worth spending the money at this local eatery. Primo's is a fantastic spot to unwind while watching the game or anytime! There was a lot of chatter and not much action. I came in to pick up an online order, and the person who arrived after me received their food before I did. One of the staff members was laughing and making jokes instead of assisting her colleague. The environment felt very unprofessional.

Best sandwiches you ever eat! This sandwich is so beautiful that I could do a full blown photo shoot. The sesame seed bread is the best part! The authentic Italy meets and the sharp provolone cheese I could think about all day.

The food is always fresh,the hoagies are not skimpy and the staff are both friendly and helpful and most importantly the store is always clean and the wait for your order isn't long.

I love this place. Hoagies are ALWAYS good.. Next time I'm gonna try one of their diablo hoagies.. I can't wait... And their seeded rolls are GREAT ?
