Primo's Cafe Breakfast Cart

We have been ordering from them for years but the last several times costumer service has been awful. They seem to have gotten a new computer system, since then orders have been mixed up every time. Tonight called and tried to place a order and they informed me they don't deliver to my address. Delivered here before but fine then guy on phone said that their phones were bad and hung up on me. We liked their pizza but won't go back now.

Called in and ordered a pizza. They said it would be 15 minutes. Got there and they closed 30 minutes early! We had already paid for the pizza and they didn’t give us a call or anything. I walked up to the store everyone had left. The service received was absolutely terrible. It’s crazy that they just let us pay for it and then closed early and didn’t say anything about it

When we called you couldn’t tell what he was saying and he couldn’t tell what we were saying. Awful service took 5 minutes to order. We waited for hours and our pizza never showed up. Never ordering from her again!

Never again. I waited 90 minutes for a cold nasty pizza. Next time I am ordering from your competitor. You’ve got TWO a block away. Réservez une table maintenant

Always a good atmosphere, plenty of space for large groups. The pizza is well priced with lots of cheese and toppings!

Get their calzones!! Don't live in Carbondale any more, but always make a point to get a Primos calzone when I am back

Friendly staff, clean dining room, clean bathrooms, easy to watch TV, great tasting food. Not much to complain about.
